To see ourselves as others see us # 3

This work was located in Pilrig park as part of the Edinburgh Mela, Edinburghs Festival of creative Arts From Across The Continents. The billboard is the third in a series painted by artisans from Bangalore, who were brought over specially to paint this billboard, as well as the second in the series, presented in the centre of Edinburgh during the Society of Scottish Artsist Annual Exhibition.

The basic concept offers the public the opportunitu to look out through the eyes of two characters. The text above their heads is a translation from the line of poetry by Robert Burns "To see ourselves as others see us" into the southern Indian language of Kannada
