SUMMA: An Exhibition of recent RSA Residency for Scotland Artists.

This installation is one example of the structural possibilities inherent within a group of "off cut" wood blocks. These off cuts were from the large sphere - Untitled # 180installed as part of the solo exhibition Origin.

This particular work is the result of systematically stacking the off cuts in a reverse order from which the were created. The form is simply the result of following this order. Other compositional posibilities were explored during the research residency period awarded through the RSA. The work is free standing and unfixed.
