iimawashi: Contemporary Art from Japan

Edinburgh International Festival Fringe 2005

I curated this exhibition in order to give exposure to the diverse range of work currently being produced in Japan. The exhibition presented the work of 14 artists showing prints, paintings, installation, conceptual, video and performance work. A catalogue was produced to accompany the exhibition, with an introductory essay and fuller description of each artists practice.
